    Hi,

This file (setup_ledger_wallet_ripple_win_x64_1.0.exe) which I downloaded from Ledger is not working in Windows 10 no matter what I've done by following your suggestion

     Marc.

P.S. I also read same story such as this:

    Dear all,

I got my Ledger nano S today, really happy ... until I had a hard time having it work for Ripple software.

Everything is ok for installation on hardware and software, but when I try to launch the "setup_ledger_wallet_ripple_win_x64.exe" I installed on my PC i just get a process running on the OS system tasks with no GUI opening ...

I looked at the antivirus, tried to launch the Ripple software before / after having Ripple launched on the nano, manager closed, chrome closed, reinstalled, restarted, resetted, ccleaner, browser setting off, ... , the damn interface thing won't launch.

All in all the hardware seems decent and nice ... so frustrating.

I googled all over the web, official FAQ, twitter, reddit ... help ? Any support welcomed :)

    Cheers, Greg

Delete/uninstall your previous installation and install this version https://github.com/LedgerHQ/ledger-wallet-ripple/releases/download/1.0.2/setup_ledger_wallet_ripple_win_x86.exe .

(Browser support needs to be set to "off" ) (note that until the next release, you have to manually synchronize your account)

*****this suggestion from Github doesnt work either

    Marcus,

I had the same problem. In my case I fixed it by whitelisting the Ripple wallet app in my Bitdefender antivirus program. It works fine after that.

    Hi,

I sent some XRP to my Ledger ripple address from Binance and put in a random number for the destination tag. The transaction has been stuck in 'processing' for the last 40 mins, and the generated txid gives a null response (i.e. transaction not found). Is there anything I can do on the ledger nano side to unstuck the transaction?

    Regards

    Thomas

I am one of the many who didn't enter a Tag when trying to send my XRP to my exchange (Bittrex) Why would you hide that field away under the Advanced Mode?

Now Bittrex requires me to provide the Transaction ID/Hash and then maybe in a month or two they'll complete the transaction.

Can you tell me where I can find the Transaction ID/Hash?

    Regards,

    David

Where can I find my destination tag?

I want to transfer my XRP from cex.io to my Ledger Nano S, however cex.io requires a destination tag which I can't find anywhere. I typed in a random 9-digiit number as this page suggests and the transaction failed.

Surely there must be a place to view your own Ledger Wallet's destination tag?

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

I sent a few XRPs to my address with tag "1". Then I made a typo and used tag "2" in a much bigger transaction and now the transaction looks like it failed and the exchange shows ZERO balance.

Is this something I should sort with the exchange? The address was correct, but the tag was different, that's it! How can I solve this?

    Thanks

I did one transaction yesterday with 4444 as the tag..it worked.. today same procedure with same and other tag and all failed. I tried 5 times.. Why is it so unstable or is there a cex.io problem?

tried from cex.io to binance too with same fail - perhaps cex.io has a xrp problem at the moment?

I typed in (0) and the transaction failed.

I left it blank and the transaction failed.

    Hi,

I tried today to withdraw XRP from Bittrex to my Ripple Wallet using Ledger NAno, all transactions failed. I've tried with or without tag and same result. Transaction is "processed" then in the list of "pending withdrawals" and then status "invalid" after 5-10 minutes.

Anyone successfully transfer XRP to NANO from BITTREX ?

    Thanks,

I'm having the same issue as Baudouin.
