After you have sent a transaction from your Chrome application, there are several steps before it is confirmed on the blockchain as irrevocable :
You are required to verify personnaly the transaction
- on your device screen (for Nano S and Blue)
- or with a 4-digit second factor (Nano and HW.1)
This step is a privacy anti-malware protection.
There's a short delay of verification before the transaction is validated, and a popup confirming this validation is displayed.
Then your transaction is tracked on your operations list as unconfirmed until the process of blockchain confirmations ends.
Later - regularly after about 10mn, up to a couple of hours - this track is noticed as confirmed on your operations list, and definitively tracked on the blockchain.
During steps 1. and 2., your device must be connected and your Chrome app open, during steps 3. and 4., you can shut everything off.
If one of this steps takes too long or freezing, please consult this specific page.
